Human Resources Generalist Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to formulate and refine HR policies, manage day-to-day HR operations, and ensure a seamless and engaging employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with senior management to develop, implement, and refine HR policies that drive employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices to continuously improve policies regarding recruitment, performance, compensation, benefits, workplace conduct, and inclusion.
  • Effectively communicate new policies and changes to employees and managers.
  • Support the resolution of employee disputes or concerns related to HR policies and ensure consistent application of policies across the organization.
  • Lead the implementation of HRMS, evaluate its effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments as needed.
