
Administrative Services Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled facilities and operations manager to lead our administration team in providing exceptional support services to our organization.
About the Role:
The facilities and operations manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our administration department, including supply management, communication systems, and maintenance infrastructure. They will also be responsible for managing special projects, supervising staff, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement strategies for efficient supply chain management, including procurement, inventory control, and logistics.
- Facilities Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of infrastructure, facilities, and equipment, ensuring that all necessary repairs and replacements are completed in a timely manner.
- Communication Systems: Ensure that all communication systems, including phones, computers, and printers, are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Purchasing: Negotiate prices, quality, and delivery for printed materials and forms, ensuring that we receive the best value for our money.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise guards, office boys, and admin assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the administration department.
- Budgeting: Prepare annual and monthly budget for administration, ensuring that expenses are managed effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff members to achieve their best. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the administration department.
