Sales Performance Improvement Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II at Motive, you'll be responsible for driving innovation and efficiency within our Sales Operations group.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Generate and analyze data to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide critical business insights.
- Assist in managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales leaders and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through meticulous quality assurance processes.
**Requirements & Qualifications:**
- Professional background in business intelligence, sales operations, or related fields, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce is essential; Tableau and SQL proficiency is preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a proactive, adaptable mindset. A detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field is encouraged; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
