Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting project teams with administrative tasks
- Developing a governance framework for regular meetings and reviews
- Organizing internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, and office requirements
- Maintaining company databases and records
- Preparing regular reports on expenses and budgets
- Collaborating with the finance department for chamber letters and visa-related documents
- Managing leave records and timesheets
- Purchasing market materials and supplies
- Scanning documents and storing approved expenses
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
