Prepaid Sales Territory Manager

Take charge of driving sales and end-to-end customer service in a specific territory, executing the GTM strategy and fostering business relationships with channel partners.

Key Objectives:

  • Sales Performance: Increase market share, revenue growth, and optimize the sales and distribution network to enhance market penetration.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Implement processes to improve overall customer experience, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution, ensuring compliance with policies and processes.
  • Channel Partnerships: Manage and expand the channel/distributor network, forming partnerships and training partners on product features/sales techniques/market positioning.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the territory team, update their knowledge base, and coordinate between mass retail Zonal/Area managers of sales and service.

Essential Requirements:

  • Education: Full-time graduate degree, MBA/PGDM (optional)
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in telecom or FMCG
  • Skills: Technical competencies in sales and marketing techniques, basic knowledge of MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook
