About the Role

We are seeking an SMB Sales and Development Executive to join our team. As a key player in driving business growth, you will develop strategic relationships with clients and identify opportunities for expansion.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a thorough understanding of each client's operations to identify areas for growth and improvement
  2. Analyze customer needs and tailor our solution to meet their requirements
  3. Presents our software and services to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and value proposition
  4. Collaborates with the account management team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth
  5. Liaises with clients to ensure smooth contract renewals and resolves any issues that may arise
  6. Develops and implements plans to achieve business objectives and exceed sales targets
  7. Remains informed about industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (from a reputable institution) and/or significant experience working with B2B customers in the US, UK, or Canada
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent leadership and ownership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
