Job Title: Dispatch Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures, including reviewing and implementing new processes.
  • Assist with network monitoring, trouble ticket handling, and other related tasks.
  • Compile data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Provide 24/7 network surveillance, monitoring, and incident escalation.
  • Dispatch field technicians to network elements according to trouble tickets or preventive/corrective schedules.
  • Follow up with field technicians on pending trouble tickets or preventive tasks.
  • Update all TTs in i-TSM/WEM.
  • Collect data from field sources, insert into client ticket tool and O&M database, ensuring data correctness and generating relevant reports.
  • Prepare daily shift NOC and other reports as per guidelines.
  • Coordinate and control work from other departments, such as subcontractors and clients.
  • Maintain high-level client service expectations as per guidelines from superiors.
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Closes TTs with actual RCA.
  • Manage Access/PMR/CM WOs.

IMS Responsibilities:

  • Report hazards, risks, accidents, or incidents to the QHSE department.
  • Comply with i engineering's IMS Policy.
  • Aware of and adhere to local legal and client requirements.
  • Attend and engage in IMS awareness sessions.
  • Evaluate and address any deviations from IMS procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar field.
  • Minimum H.N.D in electrical engineering.
