As a Support Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support and ensuring a seamless experience. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
  2. Product Promotion: Highlight the value of our products and services.
  3. Quotations: Prepare accurate quotes based on customer needs and budgets.
  4. Negotiation: Close sales deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  5. Record Keeping: Track customer interactions and sales in CRM/ERP systems.
  6. Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  7. Post-Sale Support: Ensure smooth project delivery and address any concerns.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in customer support, customer service, or a related role.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  3. Proficiency in using customer support software, CRMs, and other relevant tools.
