You are invited to apply for the position of Financial Transaction Recorder.

  • Responsibilities will include recording accurate financial data, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing profit and loss statements and balance sheets, and maintaining company ledgers.
  • Additional tasks may include processing invoices, reviewing and approving payments, completing tax forms, entering financial data, maintaining records, creating reports and financial statements.
  • As a key member of the accounting team, you will process accounts receivable/payable, handle payroll in a timely manner, reconcile entries into the accounting system, record debits and credits, and perform account reconciliations to assess the accuracy of transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of local laws is required to comply with reporting requirements, as well as the ability to monitor variances from projected figures. You will also be responsible for processing sales invoices, receipts, and payments, as well as handling financial paperwork and filing.
