Human Resources Leader

The Human Resources Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's human resources strategy. This includes developing and implementing policies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Staff Acquisition: Identify staff vacancies, source new employees, interview and select new hires to ensure a strong pipeline of talent.
  2. Compensation and Benefits Management: Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Employee Development: Analyze training needs for all employees and provide opportunities for growth and development.
  4. Performance Management: Develop and implement a program for employee performance management/appraisals.

The Human Resources Leader will also work closely with management and employees to maintain a positive work environment that values diversity and promotes collaboration. To achieve this, they will oversee HR programs and processes, and ensure effective communication throughout the organization.

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years human resources experience.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Strategic planning, complex problem resolution, and general management expertise.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player.
