This role is a critical leadership position that oversees human resource development and management, ensuring effective implementation of organizational strategy and operational plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strategic approach to human resource development and management to ensure effective implementation of organizational strategy and operational plans.
  • Establish and maintain fair and equitable human resource policies in line with applicable laws, rules, and legislation.
  • Ensure HR considerations are integrated into all decision-making processes.
  • Embed Islamic values and principles within human resources practices, setting an example for others to follow.
  • Incorporate organization's cornerstones into human resources policies and practices where relevant.
  • Foster awareness and understanding of policies and procedures among managers and staff, empowering them to operate effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR and organizational development matters.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive induction process for staff, volunteers, and trustees.
  • Develop, implement, and manage a performance appraisal system.
  • Manage annual training and development plans, including budgeting and tracking individual progress.
  • Regularly review salaries and benefits to ensure they align with market trends.
  • Offer advice and support as needed in disciplinary, grievance, and other related matters.
  • Oversight and maintenance of HR systems and record-keeping, ensuring compliance and follow-up as necessary.
