Fostering Strong Client Connections

We are seeking a seasoned Client Liaison Specialist to drive our client relationships forward. This role is responsible for fostering strong partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships through regular communication, after-sales support, and feedback analysis.
- Identify and approach potential new clients to engage them in our services.
- Conduct market research and provide strategic advice to colleagues on client engagement and sales development.
- Present our products or services to clients and serve as the primary point of contact for complaints and escalated issues.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Motivation and creativity in thinking of innovative sales opportunities.
- Previous experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Sales (1 year preferred).
- Total work experience: 3 years (preferred).
Additional Skills:
- Able to communicate confidently with colleagues and clients at all levels.
- Understand and assist in meeting client objectives and targets.
- Evaluate and ensure adherence to contract terms between employer and clients.
Work Environment:
This role is fully remote with internet reimbursement.
