Staffing management is another critical aspect of this role, including interviewing and hiring new staff, conducting performance reviews, and providing training and development opportunities.

Ensuring that quality standards, customer service, and health and safety protocols are met is also crucial.

You will be responsible for resolving any health and safety, legal, or security issues that may arise.

Fostering strong relationships with customers and the local community is also essential.

Organizing promotions, events, and displays will help drive sales and engage with customers.

Maintaining awareness of market trends and competitor activity is vital to staying ahead in the retail industry.

You will be responsible for implementing changes to improve business operations and competitiveness.

This role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in shopping malls.

Candidates should possess excellent IT skills and have experience in overall retailing, including groceries, fast food, and cosmetics.
