We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining human resources policies, procedures and strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, preferably with a focus on human resources, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and strategies that align with the company's vision, mission and objectives.
- Leading and mentoring a team of professionals across various levels in Administration and Human Resources.
- Supervising recruitment, transfers, postings, training, performance appraisals, increments, benefits, disciplinary actions, attendance and leave records for all employees.
- Implementing procedures for handling employee complaints, communicating HR policies and job descriptions, and representing the company in HR-related legal proceedings.
- Conducting training needs analysis, designing and implementing training programs, and preparing related documentation.
Requirements include:
- Masters in Business Administration in HR or a relevant field from a recognized institution/university.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in leadership, administrative skills, and human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to discipline and motivate employees.
- Experience in designing and expanding training and development programs.
- Ability to identify training needs through analysis and consultation.
