HR Generalist Role

This position plays a pivotal role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.

The ideal candidate will provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives, compile and update employee records, process documentation, prepare reports on personnel activities, and coordinate various HR projects.

  • Assist with daily HR operations and tasks
  • Provide administrative support to HR leaders
  • Compile and update employee files (digital and physical)
  • Process documentation and generate reports on staff activities
  • Coordinate HR initiatives (meetings, training, surveys) and maintain minutes
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR matters, policies, and regulations
  • Support payroll preparation by providing necessary data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.)
  • Communicate with relevant authorities as needed
  • Manage complaints and grievance procedures effectively
  • Cultivate relationships with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Deliver initial orientations to new hires
  • Collaborate with recruiters to source talent and update databases
  • Develop policies for company employees, labor laws, and staff welfare
