This role requires a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the academic planning at various levels, ensuring seamless implementation of policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and recommend comprehensive academic plans, including syllabus break-up, academic calendars, timetables, and period distribution charts for multiple campuses.
  2. Formulate education, admission, examination, and discipline policies, ensuring their effective implementation across all campuses.
  3. Collaborate with moderators and teachers to enhance the quality of education, review syllabus coverage, and provide training as needed.
  4. Assist in preparing necessary documents, conduct timely examinations, and review results to ensure academic excellence.
  5. Monitor weekly attendance, identify issues, and provide solutions to address any challenges.
  6. Promote a culture of consultation and collaboration among organizers, maintaining records of advice and presenting monthly performance reports.
  7. Visit campuses to identify areas for improvement and submit recommendations for resolution.
  8. Evaluate the need for new staff appointments and ensure timely hiring in accordance with established procedures.
  9. Guide campuses in preparing annual appraisals, recommendations for promotions/increments, and assist in budget preparation.
  10. Analyze results and performance of the inspection and training department, providing assistance in training schedules as needed.
  11. Ensure civic engagement with management, parents/guardians, and resolve educational issues.
  12. Identify activities for the MADANI Channel and record them through the Media Department.
  13. Encourage participation of parents, students, faculty, and moderators in educational and organizational gatherings.
  14. Resolve student admission, school registration, and affiliation issues across Madinah.
  15. Review and ensure implementation of education, admission, examination, and discipline policies.
  16. Ensure timely and efficient completion of work assigned by the relevant authorities.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant domain is required.

Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills are essential.

The ability to join on immediate/short notice is desirable.
