Job Title: Real Estate Operations Manager

This is a remote position for a fast-growing real estate investment company based in Pavago. The successful candidate will support executive operations and be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, overseeing properties, and enhancing business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage communication between ownership and property management teams.
  • Track and execute directives across multifamily and commercial assets.
  • Coordinate with vendors, tenants, and contractors as necessary.
  • Monitor leasing activity and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Negotiate service agreements and evaluate vendor performance.
  • Track rent collections and assist with accounting reports and delinquencies.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience supporting an executive or managing real estate operations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Buildium, AppFolio, Google Workspace, and Excel.
