Job Description:

We are seeking a sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process, guiding the sales team, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Support the sales manager in day-to-day sales operations and team coordination.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through various channels.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property tours.
  • Assist clients in property selection and provide complete guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales in alignment with company targets and policies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of the local real estate market and property procedures.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
