Job Title: Warranty Assurance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless registration processes and maintaining accurate customer information.

  • You will work closely with manufacturers, partners, and clients to register service agreements and resolve discrepancies in registrations.
  • Proactive management of customer information, including additions, moves, and changes within the registration and asset database.
  • Collaboration with sales teams to gather missing information and resolve inconsistencies in registration data.
  • Development of professional services scope and specifications for various engagements.
  • Negotiation of Service Agreements/contracts with partners and clients.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Possession of excellent time management skills and competency in a service organization environment.
  • Proficiency in PC Systems and MS Office applications.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
