
B2B Growth Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a talented B2B Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development and account expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the SaaS industry. Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is preferred. A background in sales or business education/certification is also desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making daily cold calls and sending emails/text to connect with prospects
- Converting prospects and leads into clients
- Collaborating as a team to achieve individual, team, and company-wide goals
- Maintaining a pipeline of leads and opportunities using our CRM
- Learning about each client's needs, industry, and competitors
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients
- FOLLOWING UP WITH PROSPECTS THROUGHOUT THE SALES CYCLE TO CONTINUE NURTURING THEM
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of B2B cold calling & outbound sales experience
- Strong understanding of the SaaS industry
- CRM usage experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Sales or business education/certification
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales
- Ability to quickly learn in a fast-paced environment
- Consistent track record of achievement and hitting quotas
