Job Title: Receptionist
About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of communication between internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on client interactions and data.
- Draft letters and other correspondence as required.
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to support business decisions.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other communication channels effectively.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
