Human Resources Management Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the development and maintenance of our Human Resources policies and procedures.

This includes designing and updating our organization chart, maintaining and improving performance appraisal processes, providing proper orientation and induction programs for new employees, arranging employee satisfaction surveys annually, preparing job vacancy announcements, implementing personnel policies and procedures effectively, ensuring timely and efficient day-to-day activities, and following up on time and attendance systems and maintaining databases.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years human resources experience, preferably in multiple areas such as human resources management, organizational development/change management, process improvement (Six Sigma preferred), compensation, staffing, and client management. They will possess strong communication and presentation skills, high-level interpersonal skills and integrity, ability to influence senior management, establish partnerships, provide thought leadership, architect and drive change, and lead in a global matrix environment.

  1. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  2. Design and update the organization positions chart.
  3. Maintain and improve the Performance Appraisal process.
  4. Provide proper orientation and induction programs.
  5. Arrange employee satisfaction surveys annually.
  6. Prepare job vacancy announcements.
  7. Implement personnel policies and procedures effectively.
  8. Ensure timely and efficient performance of day-to-day activities.
  9. Follow up on time and attendance systems and maintain databases.
  10. Maintain all personnel files and databases.
  11. Prepare payroll reports.
  12. Organize yearly employees' performance reviews.
  13. Follow up on company Health Insurance.
  14. Coordinate with the Financial Section for employees' payroll.
  15. Enforce staff regulations.
  16. Maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, & terminations.
  17. Hold exit interviews with terminating employees.
  18. Develop company compensation and benefits.
  19. Design and develop jobs and perform job evaluations.
  20. Establish standard procedures for hiring executive management level candidates.
  21. Follow staff insurance contracts: Medical, Life, Personal Accident etc.
  22. Prepare annual vacation schedules for all staff and ensure they do not affect operations.
  23. Liaise with other departmental managers to understand HR development needs and objectives.
  24. Review legal, social security, and similar matters related to benefits schemes.
