The Role

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Train customers on product lines and marketing programs, ensuring a competitive edge.
  • Manage bids and participate in sales promotion activities, driving revenue growth.
  • Utilize relationship selling to expand customer businesses and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Resolve product issues promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with Accounts Receivable on credit issues, ensuring timely resolution.

The Requirements

  • Prepare weekly reports and participate in quarterly reviews, maintaining accurate records for management.
  • Motivated, organized, and driven individual with deep industry knowledge.
  • Familiarity with enterprise solutions and MS Office; strong account management skills.
  • Ability to present and negotiate with decision-makers, influencing business outcomes.
