Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent who can drive business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards and employee referrals
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with high-quality candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including current and former employees, vendors and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of successfully filling difficult-to-fill positions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
