Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer support group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing expert technical support and services.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide hands-on technical assistance and guidance to our customers, both on-site and remotely. You will also contribute to pre- and post-sales processes, driving swift resolutions to complex technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You hold a Bachelor Degree in engineering in Bio Medical & Electronics from a recognized university.
  • You bring hands-on experience working with instruments used in Research and/or Clinical or Hospital labs.
  • You are organized and methodical, with strong planning and prioritization skills.
  • You are flexible, willing to travel, and comfortable working unsociable or irregular hours when needed.
  • You are fluent in English & Urdu.
