- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, sponsors, and community stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and event alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate logistics, marketing, and vendor communications.
- Identify new partnership opportunities to grow Kickstart's reach and value proposition.
- Develop post-event reports and evaluate event success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in event management and partnership roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
