Job Description:

To be the point of contact for handling the Call Center and Delivery Riders team, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

Ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.

Lead sales efforts to achieve targets as per agreed plans, fostering a competitive environment within the team.

Handle inbound home delivery requests, customer queries, and complaints in a professional manner, providing timely resolutions.

Coordinate with the delivery team at stores to ensure optimal service levels, meeting customer expectations.

Represent the organization in a positive light, embodying its values and mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop excellent communication skills to effectively interact with the team, customers, and stakeholders.
  2. Display emotional intelligence and stress-handling abilities to navigate complex situations.
  3. Upsell through outbound calls to regular customers, creating awareness about promotions and marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.
