  • A degree or background in Computer Science/IT, demonstrating your understanding of tech.
  • Experience working with U.S. clients in any communication-heavy role (sales, support, consulting, freelancing, etc.).
  • Confidence, charm, and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
