Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating affiliate partnerships with creators on TikTok. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced industry where trends and creators are constantly evolving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with creators to facilitate collaboration and drive growth.
  • Respond promptly to creator inquiries and needs by sending out samples, sharing briefs, or providing feedback.
  • Work closely with creators to produce high-quality content that meets brand expectations.
  • Manage video production based on ideas and provide constructive feedback on samples.
  • Help creators understand the commission system and its earning opportunities.
  • Maintain open communication with creators through regular updates and provide feedback on their performance.
  • Identify top-performing creators and collaborate with them to produce multiple videos per month.
  • Encourage creators to engage with our community Discord for behind-the-scenes updates and exclusive information.
  • Work with top creators to offer retainers for outstanding performance and analyze monthly results to set new goals for growth.
