About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Expansion Specialist to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a revenue growth strategy focused on customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote our products/services addressing or predicting customers' objectives
  • Prepare contracts ensuring adherence to established rules and guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable sales professionals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven working experience as a sales manager, business development executive, or relevant role
  • Hands-on experience on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, People per hour, etc.)
  • Experience in customer support is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field
