Key Responsibilities

The Team Lead will be responsible for:

  1. Commercial Process Optimization: Review and refine the commercial process for FM and PM to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Quotation Verification: Verify quotations from the commercial department to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  3. Vendor Payment Management: Streamline and document vendor payments to reduce administrative burdens.
  4. PM Commercial Focus: Focus on commercial activities related to PM, including reporting to the Manager of Power.
  5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation and reporting of PM activities.
  6. Team Support: Assist the team coordinator and assume management duties when the manager is absent or unavailable.
  7. Team Development: Foster a positive team environment by communicating goals, identifying areas for new training or skill development, and providing encouragement to team members.
  8. Quality Assurance: Respond to team member inquiries, address their problems, and oversee their work to ensure quality and compliance with guidelines.
  9. Communication: Communicate deadlines and goals to team members to promote clarity and focus.
  10. Regulatory Compliance: Develop strategies to promote adherence to company regulations and performance goals among team members.
  11. Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports detailing team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.
  12. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including interacting with customers, answering enquiries, and effectively handling complaints.
