Job Title: Customer Success Specialist
Axxon BPO seeks a Customer Success Specialist for our dynamic Voice Program team. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and empathetically.
- Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service delivery.
- Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and improve processes.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to customer success initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset.
