Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

Axxon BPO seeks a Customer Success Specialist for our dynamic Voice Program team. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and empathetically.
  • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
  • Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset.
