
Customer Service Specialist

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering calls, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining our CRM system.
This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously, providing accurate information about our products or services.
- Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring all customer data is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Collaborate with various teams within the organization to resolve customer issues and address their needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role, with excellent telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant office software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and customer information management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a friendly and professional phone manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.
