At Velorium Pvt Ltd, we are looking for a highly skilled Team Lead Csr to join our team.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced leader who can effectively manage and supervise a team of CSRs, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve exceptional customer service outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading teams, with expertise in negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and staff development. They will be able to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills, establish clear goals and objectives, and provide effective feedback to enhance performance.
In addition, the successful candidate will possess excellent customer service/support skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Proficiency in various software applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel, is also essential.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a team leader in a technical program and hold a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. Call Centre Certification is highly desirable.
