Main Job Functions:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Sales Execution: Execute sales plans, managing relationships with distributors and leading a team of order bookers.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to concerned managers and the head office on a timely basis, providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations.
