About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and maintaining compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Responsibilities
The Payroll Officer will be responsible for collecting and processing employee timesheets, preparing compensation packages, reporting on payroll expenses, and maintaining accurate attendance records. Additionally, the officer will be required to plan and organize payroll management systems, ensure data security, and prepare accurate monthly payroll inputs. The officer will also be responsible for processing employee payrolls, including calculating hours, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.

Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work, sound experience of similar related work, and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
