
Strategic Talent Facilitator

This position supports various human resource functions of the organization, focusing on ensuring seamless facilitation to the People Services Team in managing employee lifecycle stages.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Provide support to execute annual staffing plans, assist with recruitment processes, coordinate onboarding, and ensure documentation completion.
- Employee Engagement & Experience:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement activities outlined in the annual engagement calendar.
- Support the team in gathering feedback and insights on engagement initiatives to refine future activities.
- Contribute to internal communication efforts around engagement, well-being, and culture-enhancing campaigns.
- Participate in tracking progress against employee experience KPIs as part of broader Talent Strategy objectives.
- Learning & Development (L&D):
- Implement capacity-building initiatives, manage the internal learning calendar, and coordinate with external training partners where necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Prior informal/formal experience with HR teams of notable organizations will be given preference.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Foundational understanding of key HR functions.
- Understanding of internal communication dynamics and the role of HR in shaping organizational culture.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of Canva or similar tools for developing creative internal communication and employer branding content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good planning and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to take initiative and contribute ideas.
- Creative thinker with a people-first mindset.
- Professional approach to confidentiality and stakeholder communication.
