Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the recruitment and selection process for IT professionals, conduct orientation programs, and manage employee payroll, compensation, and benefits.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or Business Administration and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent
- Design and deliver engaging orientation programs to ensure new employees have a smooth onboarding experience
- Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop growth plans
- Manage employee payroll, compensation, and benefits to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Act as a liaison between teams to facilitate project coordination and collaboration
- Handle employee grievances in a fair and timely manner
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to support business objectives
