
Pre-Sales Business Solutions Specialist

As a Pre-sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional business solutions to clients. This role involves presales and business solutions for a range of services covering FTTH (GPON/Metro ethernet), Dark fiber optic O&M and cell site backhaul, enterprise and carrier grade internet bandwidth, nationwide and global IP/MPLS services, International private leased circuits (IPLC), enterprise telephony voice solutions, Wireless (RF 5.8GHz, 3G/4G, VSAT) networks and enterprise network design with managed services.
Key Responsibilities- Presales and business solutions for various services including FTTH, Dark fiber optic O&M, cell site backhaul, enterprise and carrier grade internet bandwidth, and more.
- Involve in the presales process from client meetings, requirement analysis, technical and commercial clarifications, scope definition, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, last mile/media feasibilities, solution design, costing and solution pricing, formulation of technical and commercial proposals, presenting the business case to management for approvals till final submission to sales/customers.
- Conduct periodic knowledge sharing/training for sales team on product portfolio.
- Meeting customers to assist the Sales team in technical discussions and compliant solution presentation to corporate clients & C-level executives.
- Assisting Project Management Office and back-office teams in project delivery.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in a similar role and relevant industry certifications.
Business/Product Development- Assist in conducting market research & analysis.
- Assist in new product testing and development.
- Assist in product pricing, marketing, and Proof of Concept (POC).
