Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team. As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet persons entering the organization with a warm and welcoming smile.
  • Direct persons to the correct destination, ensuring they have all the information they need.
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers over the phone in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure knowledge of customer movements in and out of the organization, maintaining accurate records as necessary.
  • Take feedback from sales staff about customers, using this information to improve services.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred, with 2 years being desirable.
  • Basic computer skills and exchange handling abilities are essential.
