Job Description:

The Territory Sales Manager Islamabad is responsible for driving business growth and ensuring smooth sales procedures within the assigned territory. This role involves developing strong relationships with customers, executing effective sales strategies, and leading the concessionaire sales force.

Main Responsibilities:

Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and grow volumes.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including concessionaires and retailers, to ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.Sales Operations: Ensure efficient sales operations, including trade activities execution, within the assigned territory.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the concessionaire sales team to deliver KPIs and drive business growth.Joint Business Planning: Negotiate with customers and concessionaires to develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that maximize ROI.Business Development: Identify new opportunities for business growth and explore new avenues within the assigned territory.Asset Utilization: Optimize the utilization of assets, such as trikes and cabinets, and track them using the Assets scanning tool.Network Development: Develop a network of SPDs in the assigned territory to serve shoppers and consumers.Safety and Security: Ensure that customer operations and processes are safe and adhere to Unilever's safety policies and principles.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG/Snacking industry preferred
  • Skills:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Selling Essentials: Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders, and take objective rigor to focus efforts towards business targets.
