PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH seeks an experienced Sales Territory Leader to drive business growth and lead the distributor/organization team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to address local business needs and training the team to achieve short-term company objectives and long-term organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management: Develop a permanent journey plan to ensure effective territory coverage and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Team Development: Screen, hire, and train qualified Order Bookers/DSRs to support sales growth and develop the capabilities of distributors and their workforce.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance and provide weekly reports on KPIs to the ASM.
  • Inventory Management: Manage stock requirements at the warehouse and maintain FIFO to prevent stale inventory.
  • Sales Growth: Deliver volume and revenue targets for the territory and identify new business opportunities.
