About the Role

The Customer Territory Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales and revenue within the assigned territory. This role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to manage a team of sales staff and drive business results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG or Snacking industry, and excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
