Job Title: Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead our customer support team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our support center, including setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales, and quality. They will also be responsible for organizing staffing, reviewing staff performance, identifying training needs, and planning training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the performance of the support center, including forecasting, analyzing, and reporting KPI figures on a weekly and monthly basis
- Organizing staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand
- Reviewing staff performance, identifying training needs, and planning training sessions
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least two years of work experience in customer services, preferably in a contact center environment. You should also have a strong understanding of industry developments and be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
