About the Role:- Manage and enhance customer relationships
- Supervise and support call center agents
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve service delivery
- Prepare reports and maintain CRM records
- Minimum 3 years of call center experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts (7 PM – 5 AM)
- Mid-senior level with a passion for sales and business development
