Regional Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Sperton Global AS. As a key contributor to our business growth strategy, this role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the printing and packaging sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and expand our market share.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to make data-driven decisions.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Effectively present product offerings, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Experience: 4+ years in sales within printing, packaging, or related B2B industries (preferably flexible packaging, gravure printing).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and result-driven.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Language: Proficiency in English, Urdu, and relevant local language.
