Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Head the After-Sales Service Department, ensuring seamless Commissioning of Equipment, operations, and excellent customer experience.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance service efficiency and customer retention.
  3. Manage and train service teams to maintain high performance and technical proficiency.
  4. Address and resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring compliance with company standards.
  5. Monitor and analyze service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  6. Maintain strong client relationships to promote repeat business and brand loyalty.
  7. Collaborate with the sales and manufacturing teams to provide technical insights and customer feedback.
