Job Overview

A dynamic and versatile HR professional is required to drive business success through end-to-end HR support to professionals and associate level employees.

Key responsibilities include implementing HR initiatives to drive organizational values, embedding an inclusive company culture through employee engagement activities, and proactively supporting employee wellbeing and the employee life cycle.

This role reports to the Director of HR and requires a high level of autonomy, with a strong focus on results-driven performance management, talent development, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management – Provide comprehensive support to internal stakeholders during the annual performance review, deliver refresher sessions to optimize the performance management system for goal setting, career development, and performance feedback.
  • People & Capability Review – Facilitate the annual People & Capability process by identifying themes and trends, support business leaders in creating robust development plans for succession and team development, and monitor talent pipelines and development of key talent.
  • New Hire Onboarding – Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new joiners (professionals and associates), develop a detailed orientation plan, prepare organizational announcements, and assign a buddy in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives – Support HR leads in organizing international and regional events (e.g. CEO Awards, Talent Meet, Powerhouse Awards) and global initiatives (World Environment Day, International Women's Day).
  • Organizational Effectiveness & Development – Support structural improvements and functional reorganization to align with business strategy, collaborate with Head of HR and HRBPs for talent development and retention.
  • HR Operations – Ensure timely delivery of HR reports, address Workday queries, promote participation in HR programs including Employee Climate Survey and Annual Performance Review.
  • Learning Initiatives – Support employee development through the Talent Academy, guide stakeholders to maximize learning outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Management Sciences.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
