HR Professional Wanted

We seek a skilled HR professional to oversee our HR operations in the Gujranwala Division. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing HR processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations Management: Oversee onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, and company policies.
  • Employee Relations: Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, performance management, and training programs.
  • Recruitment and Employee Records: Maintain employee records, support recruitment efforts, and manage attendance and leave tracking.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or BPO.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with performance-based rewards, employee health insurance, and other benefits.
