We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to lead our regional operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing regional sales and revenue while maintaining an increased focus on customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will deliver regional business performance by managing the design, construction, and operations of the local access network. They will ensure the availability of resources to each division for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Propose local access network plans in conjunction with CTOs and divisional heads, authorize and oversee construction of access networks.
  • Operate and maintain local networks by closely monitoring performance of divisions.
Customer Satisfaction
  • Manage customer satisfaction levels in the region.
  • Ensure timely resolution of fault complaints.
  • Ensure that products are installed on time.
Sales Generation
  • Retaliate and increase subscriber bases.
  • Enhance existing revenue streams and optimize additional revenue streams at the regional level.
Operational Performance
  • Monitor and evaluate each division's performance against targets; take corrective actions as needed.
  • Control regional operations using SAP/CMS, integrated at HQ level.
  • Ensure the availability of resources for operations and maintenance.
Facilities Management
  • Ensure safety and security of all organizational installations under jurisdiction.
Activity Control
  • Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through cost-efficient controls.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Performance Management
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance.

Primary KPIs:

  • Restore networks within stipulated times.
  • Achieve revenue targets.
  • Achieve PSTN gross and net sales targets.
  • Reduce registered faults within the specified timeframe.
  • Reduce PSTN repeat fault percentage to predefined levels.
  • Provide quality services to customers.

Secondary KPIs:

  • Ensure success of divisional revamp projects.
  • Evaluate subordinate performance.
